Assisted a Scottish Regional Health Board in the development of a new Digital Health Strategy.

Assisted a local authority in the development of their cloud strategy. Provided technical and procurement support as they transitioned from a hosted outsourced solution to a cloud based IT service based on Microsoft Azure.

Assisted a Russel Group University in the planning and procurement phases of a major student transformation programme.

Provided technical and procurement support to an insurance provider looking to implement a new digital marketing and content management platform. New solution provided new ways of engaging with new and existing customers using various digital channels.

Completed a due diligence review for a major bank on a multi £M IT system implementation that was failing to deliver required outcomes. Project provided clear recommendations for the remediation of the project and implementation of future projects including project governance, procurement practice, project/test management.

Worked with a Port to introduce an enterprise approach to IS systems. Project involved helping the client to understand what the market could offer, developing procurement and sourcing strategy, requirements capture, procurement of solution and final business case.

Our team of staff consultants are supplemented by a small dedicated associate pool who are able to provide additional capacity and expertise when required.

A senior IT professional with exceptional experience in the planning, implementation and operation of efficient business focused IT/digital environments. Over 20 years’ delivery experience in a consultancy and programme management capacity across a range of technologies and sectors. Experience of working at all levels across an organisation including the C-level suite.

Victoria McGowan

Financial Director

A KPMG trained chartered accountant, Victoria has successfully provided financial management and accountancy services to a wide range of clients for over 20 years.
